Do you issue VAT invoices for monthly rental?

Yes. Mai Linh signs a full contract and issues VAT invoices, giving your accounts department valid documentation for the expense.

What does the monthly price include?

The all-inclusive quote covers the vehicle, the driver, maintenance, periodic inspection and vehicle insurance. Anything outside the agreed scope - extra hours, or travel beyond the agreed area - is set out in the contract, so nothing appears unexpectedly.

Is it the same driver each day?

Yes. Each contract is assigned a dedicated driver who learns your routes and preferences. We arrange cover during leave or sickness.

What is the minimum rental period?

Can we change vehicle class mid-contract?

Yes, by agreement in the contract. Many companies need a larger vehicle during peak season and scale back afterwards.
